To obtain Inky Impressions authorization for the return of a defective item, all defective merchandise should be returned in the original packaging.  Please call 1-216-251-INKY (4659) or email us at Nicole@inkyimpressions.com  within 30 days of purchase.  Please note: Merchandise  that is non-defective will not be accepted.
